Line Vautrin Style, French Mid-Century Modern, Sunburst Wall Mirror, Clayed Gilt, Mirror, France, 1960s

A small sunburt form wall mirror in the manner of Line Vautrin and likely produced in France in the middle of the 20th century. This example presents with a wonderful clayed gilt finish with red tones showing throughout the distressed gilt finish. Presenting with some cracking/distressing to gilt finish; a few cracks in mirrored pieces. Structurally sound.
