Description
A splendid trapezoidal mirror with a lacquered and gilded frame is an authentic Italian creation from the 1950s, designed by Osvaldo Borsani.
This impressive full-length mirror is composed of an original plate from the 1950s, enhanced by an exquisitely carved wooden frame, adorned with a subtle pastel color and luminous gold details.
The perimeter of the mirror is adorned with a motif of stylized leaves, inspired by classical elements, gracefully running along and excluding the corners. It is in this deliberate choice of exclusion that emphasizes the reflective plate, finely beveled on the side and secured with brass inserts, revealing the distinctive elegance of this piece. Conceived by the visionary Osvaldo Borsani, the mirror reflects the unique style of the Italian designer, a prominent figure in the realm of the finest made in Italy.
Dimensions: 118h x 98 x 6 cm
It is presented in very good original condition. -
