  • Description
This beautiful pair of dark brown walnut mirrors were realized in the United States circa 1945. They feature austere rectangular silhouettes with reeded detailing along the perimeter circumscribing a moulded interior decorated with hand painted stylized arabesque detailing resembling abstracted English ivy painted in 24kt yellow gold gilt. This gorgeous pair of mirrors- with its traditionally inspired, yet forward looking, aesthetic and wonderful attention to detail- is as versatile as it is aesthetically appealing, blending perfectly with any style of interior from Art Deco (and Hollywood Regency) to contemporary.
