This Late 18th century Louis XVI baguette frame giltwood mirror features a slim, beautifully carved frame embellished with beaded trim and two lower corner blocks. Touches of the faded red gesso under the gilding add to the richness of the patina. Age-related wear to the gilding and small losses. Original mirror displays areas of foxing commensurate with age.
