Exceptional 18th century Rococo giltwood mirror from Lucca, Italy, retaining its original mercury glass plate. The finely carved frame is richly adorned with scrolling acanthus and foliate motifs, finished in luminous water gilding with expected, age-appropriate wear and minor losses.
