19th century Swedish neoclassical arm chairs.
A pair of finely carved parcel gilt and paint decorated arm chairs or fauteuils. Each having gilt claw feet with intricately detailed gilt lion heads at the end of the arm rests. The frame is painted in a faux marble finish terminating in a gilt center headrest. A simply unmatched example of workmanship from an era long gone.
