Cassina Soriana Sofa by Afra and Tobia Scarpa - 1970's
-
Description
Soriana sofa in original upholstery, designed by Afra & Tobia Scarpa and manufactured by Cassina in the 1970s. The Soriana collection was meant to express beauty and comfort by using a whole bundle of fabric held by a chrome-plated steel clamp. The "Soriana Chair" was the first piece designed in the collection and won the Compasso D'oro in 1969 for its design.
Would fit well in a more eclectic Hollywood Regency inspired interior as in a more monochromatic Minimalist Maria Pergay style decor. We also offer in-house reupholstery services, with various fabrics to choose from.
