Fabulous Coastal Modern pair of signed Betty Cobonpue wicker barrel back lounge chairs. These are very rare and hardly ever seen for sale in the marketplace. Betty Cobonpue, created furniture, exhibiting lines that flow smoothly through an entire piece, using a technique she invented herself – laminating fine rattan vines to form fluid sculptural lines for furniture. These are labeled on the underside with her unique snake intertwining with her name brass medallions-so cool. They measure 29"t x 26.75"w x 29"d with a seat height of 16"t.

The limed finish on the wooden frames does show wear-see photos-adds to vintage appeal. No breaks to the wicker. Both retain their original label. The seat cushions need to be reupholstered.
