Description
Extremely rare studio craft sofa by Bo Fjaestad, Sweden.
Bo Fjaestad made a series of "cabin furniture" in the same style as Axel Einar Hjort or Carl Malmsten during the 1930's.
This sofa was bought at "Arvika Konsthantverk" (Arvika Craftsmenship) and has been kept in the owner's family until now. The sofa is in its original condition.
Condition: Original upholstery with signs of use and age. The frame is original as well and shows perfect patina. The sofa has been restored (the joints needed some gluing) by 1st Modern's in-house restorer.
