Carl-Johan Boman, Finnish Mid-Century Modern, Sofa or Settee, Beige Linen, Lacquered Wood, Finland, 1950s
A rare shell back two seater sofa designed by Carl-Johan Boman for Boman Oy in Finland c. 1950s. This example features an organic form upper having a channeled back and tight seat newly dressed in a a beige linen upholstery sitting on four original tapered lacquered wood legs. Pair of matching lounge chairs by Boman available separately.
