A set of 2 garden chairs designed by Carl Hörvik (Sweden, 1882-1954)
possibly produced by Thulins vagnfabrik, Skillingaryd, Sweden. Circa 1920th.
Black lacquered iron, seats of teak . The chair height 31", seat height 18".
The metal frames are newly refinished.
Carl Hörvik designed furniture for the gardens of Stadshotellet Bastad (Hotel Skansen) in the late 1920s and a modified version for Restaurant Lindgärden, Djurgärden, Stockholm in 1930. -
