Description
Designed with a low back and sleek curves, the NOS sofa by Christophe Delcourt has a sophisticated French aesthetic. It is expertly upholstered in LIN Gris 005 from Delcourt Textiles.
French-born Christophe Delcourt studied at the Theatre Ecole du Passage in 1989, committing to designing furniture and objects and opening his first studio in the Marais area of Paris in 1998. Since then, he has designed for restaurants, hotels and boutiques and has exceeded with his furniture and accessory collections.
Collection Particuliere was created in 2014 by Jérôme Aumont, presenting meaningful furniture and objects with bold, clean shapes. The primary materials are wood, marble, leather, brass and ceramic—chosen for their character and ability to age with grace. Collection Particulière aims to be an immersion into “daily life objects, where every single piece of furniture and every object is considered to be a sculpture, a piece with a true statement. A piece that does not immediately show its true nature.”
Aumont has partnered with some of the leading names in European design. Among the talented collaborators are Christophe Delcourt, Grégoire de Lafforest, Dan Yeffet, Arno Declercq and Dessuant Bone.
