Description
Custom Art Deco Style Swivel Bar Stools in Solid Wood and Hand Finished Leather
These custom bar stools were conceived as functional sculpture, combining classic Art Deco form with traditional hand craftsmanship. Each stool is hand made using solid wood frames with carefully shaped legs and a balanced architectural stance that feels substantial and refined rather than mass produced. Better yet they also swivel.
The seats and backs are upholstered in genuine leather that has been hand finished to achieve a rich, deep tone with natural variation and character. The leather is trimmed with individually set French nails, applied by hand, creating a precise decorative border that also reinforces the upholstery. This level of detail is labor intensive and increasingly rare in contemporary production.
Comfort was thoughtfully considered alongside design. The curved backrest provides proper support while maintaining an elegant silhouette, and the padded seat offers a firm yet comfortable sit suitable for extended use. Polished metal footrests add durability and visual contrast, reinforcing the strong Art Deco influence through material and proportion.
These stools were created for interiors where quality, longevity, and authenticity matter. They are well suited for a private home bar, a refined kitchen counter setting, or a hospitality interior seeking true Art Deco character rather than reproduction styling.
Priced at $2200 each, we have 4 instock. - More Information
