A refined set of six dining chairs designed by Edward Wormley for Dunbar, featuring dark-finished wood frames with gently curved caned backs and elegantly tapered legs. The restrained silhouette and warm natural cane exemplify Wormley’s sophisticated approach to American modernism.
Each chair retains its original loose yellow ochre leather seat pad, providing a striking contrast to the dark frames and displaying an attractive, age-appropriate patina. Retains the original Dunbar brass label. An exceptionally handsome and versatile set with beautifully preserved original materials.
