Description
Designed in 1957 by Estelle Laverne & Erwine Laverne — Twenty fine Mid-Century clear Lucite "Champagne" chairs with polished cast aluminum bases.
The chairs have a revolving swivel base that automatically returns to its center position.
Marked "Champagne Chair Laverne Formes Nouvelles" underneath the base.
Acquired from different provenances; while all twenty chairs can certainly work together, there are slight variations in the finish and patina of the aluminum bases. These variations allow the group to be divided into two consistent sets of ten chairs.
Arm height: 23 1/8 in.
Price is per chair. Chairs may be purchased individually. -
