Description
Dimensions: 17 ¾” H x 13 ¾” W x 13” D
French vintage midcentury (circa 1950s) set of four, oak triangular stools with rush seats in the manner of Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Faucheux. Their approachable, intuitive forms and portability are quite versatile to switch between occasional chairs, footstools, or side tables as needed throughout the home. Expertly wrapped rush seats around the convex edges are still tight and in good condition with a few missing cords which does not affect the functionality. The oak dowel ladder-like construction of the legs remains strong, variably patinated over time. Handcrafted in France around the middle of the 20th century, the organic style of the stools has universal appeal across all historic to more contemporary interiors. Sold as a set of four. Please view the detailed images as they are an essential part of the product description. -
