Description
GamFratesi low back 'Bat' lounge chair with antique brass conic base. Designed by Danish-Italian design-duo GamFratesi in 2018, the Bat dining chair is created with a Scandinavian approach to crafts, simplicity, and functionalism. Executed in metal with brass finish and wool upholstery. Other variants are available. The embracing shell with armrests equally embodies both aesthetics and comfort while carrying strong references to the interesting and distinctive shape of a bat’s wingspan. Due to its unique design, the textile of the fully upholstered Bat dining chair can be changed with time to give the chair a different expression and add new life to any space.
Price is per item. This listing is for the variant in antique brass and Kvadrat's Sonar 3 (0124) upholstery. Available in a variety of upholsteries and bases, as well as a high back version.
Metal base finish options: antique brass, black chrome, black matte, or polished brass.
Wood base options: Walnut, oak, or black lacquered oak.
GamFratesi Studio was established in 2006 by the Danish architect Stine Gam (born 1975) and the Italian architect Enrico Fratesi (born 1978). GamFratesi belongs to the latest generation of furniture architects and together they represent a new interpretation of the meeting between Danish and international design traditions.
In-stock lead-time 2-3 weeks. Out of stock and lead time for other variations can take several weeks more. Availability can change at any time.
Made to order, all sales are final. Please note that these must drop ship directly from GUBI's order fulfillment warehouse in Chicago, so pick up is not an option. -
