Fantastic Grosfeld House Hollywood Regency lounge chair. This gorgeous chair retains it original nubby sparkle fabric in OK condition-some wear to the piping on arms. We do recommend reupholstery but the foam and springs are stull soft and comfortable. It measures 25.5"t x 377"w x 24"d with a seat height of 15"t.

The fabric is original and shows some signs of wear to piping edges-see photos. There are some scuffs and dings to the painted legs-nothing serious.
