            Description
          
          Swiss-born and Bauhaus trained designed Hans Bellmann (1911-1990) created a number of noted designs, in particular his chairs for Knoll Germany. This Model 470 daybed in solid teakwood has a sleek modernist arched back and an adjustable frame. Can be used with an angled seat or flat. Newer wool upholstery and single bolster in good condition. Produced in 1960s by Wilkhahn in Germany. Seat height : 16.6".
