Description
This impressive mid-century set of dining chairs is representative of the fundamental axioms of Scandinavian design that revolve around quality and function. Kjaernulf’s work reveals quality craftsmanship throughout, featuring clean lines with sculpted edges and shapes.
The set consists of six chairs, two of them with armrests. The solid wood frame is made of oak stained in a warm, dark color. The design combines function with traditional Scandinavian style, and as a result, this set has a visually arresting and individual aesthetic.
Furthermore, the frames are complemented by the light fabric of the seats. Despite being made from a premium material, the fabric is understated, letting the frames stand out. The color complements the dark oak and adds a modernistic touch. With a commitment to combine tradition and modernity, Henning Kjærnulf’s design is an immediately recognizable and timeless classic.
