Description
Exceptional, unique lounge chair and ottoman by Jack Rogers Hopkins. A fantastic example of Hopkins unrestrained artistic expression. Laminated construction allowed Hopkins to create eloquent large scale pieces. Known for combining the utility of several items into one functional form – this sculptural chair incorporates a reading lamp and a book shelf. Variations documented in California Design Eight, and California Design Eleven by The Pasadena Art Museum.
