Metal chair with lifting seat, designed 1930 by the outstanding French constructor Jean Prouvé and manufactured 1985 by TECTA in Germany.
In 1930 Prouvé made only six of these chairs specially for his sister Marianne who was getting married.
In the 1980s TECTA produced a licensed reproduction in collaboration with Jean Prouvé.
A special and rare collectors item in good original condition. Also part of the famous MoMA collection.
White lacquered steel and dark blue upholstery.
