A unique, extra long solid walnut bench by American designer and woodworker John Kapel, featuring dovetail joints and red woolen upholstered cushions.

From the 1950s on, Kapel designed for furniture companies Glenn of California and Brown & Saltman, but he also produced custom pieces in his own workshop. The 'John A. Kapel design' mark on the bench indicates this is a custom piece.
