Description
Danish architect and designer Kay Korbing (1905-1969) known for understated, architectural seating for public buildings and modern interiors. Each chair features a sculpted plywood seat and back upholstered in original black leather, supported by an exposed stained beech frame with rounded armrests. A refined example of late 1950s Danish modernism. Part of his FK-series starting in 1958 and produced by Danish powerhouse Fritz Hansen.
