Pair of Jansen style Fauteuils or armchairs each having the Louis XVI form with sculptured velvet fabric The pair finely upholstered in gold velvet having a foliate damask pattern, with padded armrests, most likely from Scalamandre. Each with curved drop-in cushions, the whole rising on tapering round and fluted legs terminating to toupie feet. A simply stunning pair by this highly sought after designer.
