Description
Lady armchairs by Marco Zanuso
Pair of newly reupholstered Lady armchairs. Two original pieces from the 1950s made by Marco Zanuso, of Italian origin. The fabrics chosen give an updated and modern touch, with an ideal combination of textures and prints. They are a hit wherever they are placed!
The chair known as Lady was one of the pieces created in the 1950s by Marco Zanuso, which to this day remains an icon of 20th century furniture design. A very comfortable chair, with rounded shapes ready to warmly welcome whoever wanted to sit in it, as graceful and comfortable as North American furniture but with a typically Mediterranean coquetry. It was an instant commercial success and it also received many awards, the most important of which was the Gold Medal at the IX Milan Triennial that year.
