Mid-20th Century Hollywood Regency black painted wrought iron curule stool with woven seat metal strapwork and brass accents. A very unique bench, with many decorative possibilities. it can be used in an entryway, as well in an bedroom as a bedbench. Custom pillows could be added for a more comfortable seating.

This stool is in good vintage condition with a stable, sturdy frame. The metal features a charming aged patina with intentional gold/bronze gilt accents throughout the twisted ironwork, showing minor, authentic surface wear and light oxidation consistent with age. The woven metal strap seat remains intact, exhibiting some cosmetic weathering and finish loss that enhances its antique character.
