Mid-Century Modern Sofa by Brazilian Designer, 1960s
Produced by an unattributed Brazilian designer, this sofa is a typical example of Brazilian living room furniture made in the 1960s. With a simple and functional design, it was made from wood and covered in floral fabric.
The sofa has straight lines and geometric shapes, which bring softness to the piece, despite its robustness. The arms are wide and straight and the back is low, with part of the cushions being higher, and it rests on four solid wooden legs. -
