Description
This refined and graphic Mid Century Modern swivel chair was realized in the United States circa 1960. It features a sculptural stylized shell form with button back detailing. The chair has been newly reupholstered in a Holly Hunt Cliffside ecriture velvet in a sultry and sumptuous smoked silver hue. The architectural and geometric pattern of the fabric provides a dynamic formal counterpoint to the curvilinear lines of the chair. With its austere silhouette and beautiful detailing, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling. It would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly reupholstered and is in mint restored condition.
