Mid Century Stool in Solid Oak Europe 1960s

Offered by: ORNAMENTUM

Description
A beautiful sturdy stool in solid oak. Europe, mid 20th century.

A small rustic stool with a particularly strong and simple construction. The thick seat has been shaped into a gentle concave curve, giving the piece both a comfortable surface and a distinctive sculptural profile.

Showing great craftsmanship with the joinery becoming part of the character of the piece. Beautiful patina overall due to age and use.
