A pair of Danish leather 1980s “Queen” chairs designed by Lars Kalmar for Mogens Hansen. These Danish model MH80 lounge chairs were designed for Mogens Hansen in collaboration with architect Lars Kalmar in a successful attempt to create a universal, comfortable and stylish chair. Put into production in 1987, these chairs have a design derived from Scandinavian modern style. Nicknamed the "Queen" chair, this chair has been used by the Danish royal family in both the Royal House and the Royal Yacht Dannebrog.
