Description
A beautiful, rare set of six armchairs by Osvaldo Borsani, created circa 1942–1944 and edited by Arredamenti Borsani Varedo. Made in maple wood with upholstered fabric seats, each chair features a different jewel toned velvet, and all chairs are finished with contrasting maroon gimp trim. The set reflects Borsani’s early command of refined Italian craftsmanship before his postwar work with Tecno, balancing decorative warmth with the architectural clarity that would become central to his career.
