Set of two Bauhaus / Mid-Century armchairs by Gelenka from Germany, circa 1950.
Curved beech wood armrests.
Restored condition with beautiful patina.
Seat with elastic straps and small wooden parts.
Manufacturer: Gelenka-Patentmöbelfabrik, Wolfhagen
Date: 1940s-1950s
Design: probably Ernst Breitenborn and/or Erich Dieckmann for Gelenka.
We have two pairs (four chairs in total) of this model with curved armrests, as well as another pair with straight armrests available.
