Pair of French armchairs from the Restauration period, equivalent to Biedermeier. C. 1830
A period known for clean lines, minimal decoration in contrast to the Napoleonic Empire period.
Shown in as found in elegant striped satin, in the style of the Parisian interior designer, Madeleine Castaing. -
