Description
This stunning pair of Mid Century Modern stools were realized in the United States circa 1950. They feature tapered and ringed sculptural stylized saber legs, suggesting bamboo, that are reinforced by x-form supports also resembling tapered bamboo boughs- all in ebonized walnut. The gently concave seats have been newly reupholstered in a stunning and highly textural smoked bronze gauffraged velvet with a subtle wave-like pattern. With their beautiful craftsmanship and sumptuous materials throughout, this pair of stools, would be a winning addition to any style of interior from traditional to contemporary. They have been newly restored to mint condition and newly reupholstered. Mint restored condition.
American, circa 1950
