Pair of sling chairs by Roman and Williams Guild in blackened steel and leather.

These chairs were part of the Founding Collection from R&W when the company launched.

Sensational design as the metal frame bends as one continuous piece. Fabricated in Brooklyn.

"Sling expresses the relationship between strength, lightness, and precision. Our Custom Guild leather wraps around a strong, metal architectural frame, and an upholstered cushion provides a headrest. The continuity of the bent and folded frame is punctuated by exposed hardware. The unique twisted joints eliminate the need for welding. Legs are slightly splayed for additional stability."

These retail for $8500 per chair with 12 week lead time.

Chairs show discoloration on the leather, likely from water damage in storage.

Could be interpreted as patina. Smooth to the touch.

Priced low for reupholstery option.
