A pair of Swedish painted wood window benches from the 19th century, with upholstery and pierced supports. Born in Sweden during the 19th century, each of this pair of window benches features a rectangular upholstered seat, flanked with pierced supports topped with arching rails. The benches are raised on saber legs and painted in a light color typical of the Scandinavian taste for soft palettes, aiming at brightening the homes during the long winters.
