Set of six early 19th century painted Swedish farm dining chairs circa 1810-1829. Sturdy, stable. All joints tightened. No wobble. Remnants of old and early paint. Interesting steel repair on the upper back of one chair. Rustic neoclassical in period and design. Hand-made with mortise and tenon joinery. Each chair varies slightly in size 1/4 inch to a half inch. Sold together priced $5,800 for the set of six.
