Extraordinary 20th century Art Nouveau seating set crafted by the renowed Austrian bentwood manufactory of Thonet around 1915. This artfully made Art Nouveau seating set consists of four exceptional crafted chairs, all made of fine beechwood that has been bent under steam and high pressure to get this amazing looking result. All four chairs have been newly upholstered with the original, famous "Vienna mesh" - typical for these kind of chairs. The sensational design with beautiful arranged high backrests is absolutely matchless. An outstanding round beechwood table with special designed feet and an additional "floating" compartment completes the unique look of this remarkable Thonet suite. A fantastic, eye catching Art Nouveau coffee table set from the early 20th century in Austria, coming in great restored condition.
