Description
The Todd Merrill Custom Originals Tufted Sectional is an elegant, comfortable, and versatile seating group available on a commission basis. Each square section, available in Ottoman, Single-Back, and Corner styles, is sold individually in order to allow for clients to create their ideal bespoke seating group. Custom dimensionality, fabric, finishes, gilding, and extras including casters and hardware, may all be accommodated. The sections may be assembled together on a continuous base to form one sofa, or be rendered separately with optional connectors, allowing for adjustable placement and various configurations, such as chaise lounges, L-shaped sofas, and beds.
The Classic is the smallest version of the Todd Merrill Customs Original Tufted Sectional available. Each section is available from a 30” to a 36” inch square. Unlike on the larger models, such as The Standard, The Extended, or the Double Back, The Classic’s back-support tufts are smaller in scale than the seat tufts, creating a low, sleek aesthetic with an overall height of 25.5” inches.
Todd Merrill’s Custom Original creations are based on his vast experience with 20th century design and his penchant to produce unique, detailed furniture. Todd Merrill supervises the production of every item made at the finest local workshops with master craftsmen who use state-of-the-art techniques. The frames are made of solid hardwood and steel. The tufting is deep and very comfortable with multiple layers of foam added for maximum support and cushioning.
The Classic: 30″ x 30″ to 36″ x 36” Square, Seat Height 16″, Back Height 25.5” -
