Description
A very fine 18th c. Swedish commode from the Gustavian period in original paint with special original key, attributed to Georg Haupt, master cabinet maker to King Adolphus Frederick of Sweden. Circa 1780. Canted and fluted corner posts with elongated, tapered, canted, and fluted legs. Shaped top with 3 large working drawers. A Maison & Co. favorite.
