The piece is distinguished by its geometric elegance, featuring a repeated octagonal motif in marquetry across the front, sides, and top, framed with dark wood stringing and delicate banding. Its rectilinear structure is elevated by finely tapered truncated pyramid feet, contributing to the clean, classical silhouette emblematic of late 18th-century neoclassical design.

The front comprises two paneled doors that open to reveal a spacious interior with a full-length shelf, offering both beauty and utility.
