A handsome early to mid-19th century French Provincial Louis XVI style commode crafted in richly figured walnut, featuring a striking bookmatched veneer across the drawer fronts that creates dramatic flame-like movement throughout the façade. The four-drawer case is framed by subtle fluted corner stiles and raised on tapered feet, lending the piece a restrained neoclassical elegance.
