Description
Late 20th century Art Deco style Italian chest cabinet / sideboard, made in Italy circa 1990s and entirely handcrafted with a refined modern geometric design. This unique three-drawer cabinet features a striking combination of ivory white glass, black accents, and gold decoration, creating a bold yet elegant appearance inspired by Art Deco and modern Italian design. The case is finished in ivory white glass panels, including the back, allowing the piece to be placed in the center of a room as well as against a wall. The front is decorated with an original handcrafted geometric pattern in gold and beige with black accents, carefully arranged to create a balanced and architectural composition. The structure is framed with brass brackets that continue downward to form straight tapered legs, giving the cabinet a clean and sophisticated silhouette while providing excellent stability.
The cabinet is fitted with three drawers, offering practical storage while maintaining a sleek modern profile. The combination of glass, brass, and lacquered decoration reflects fine Italian craftsmanship of the late 20th century, with high-quality materials and precise construction throughout. Because of its size and elegant design, the piece is very versatile and can be used as a chest, sideboard, console, or cabinet, suitable for a living room, bedroom, dining room, or entry hall, and easily adaptable to both modern and classic interiors. The cabinet measures approximately 33.75 inches high, 38.5 inches wide, and 19 inches deep. Overall in good condition, with minor wear consistent with age and use. -
