A beautiful Gustavian black bureau from the early 1800s

A beautiful Gustavian black bureau from the early 1800s. The bureau's lid, when opened, rests on two wooden supports. The lid locks with a key and has an original working lock. The interior is finished in a muted blue. There are 13 drawers of various sizes, four open compartments, and one with a door. The drawers are arranged in a cascading pattern. The desk offers ample work and storage space. Below the bureau are four drawers in three rows. The drawers have original working locks (except for one drawer, the lock is non-functional and has been replaced over the years), and three keys are included. The drawers feature original brass handles. Delicate columns run along the sides. Classic legs taper towards the bottom. Colors: black, muted blue Age ca: 1830-1850
