Description
A beautifully crafted 18th-century French carved oak buffet featuring two drawers over a pair of paneled doors. The façade displays refined hand-carved motifs, including shaped door panels with delicate scrollwork, chamfered edges, and molded framing throughout. The buffet stands on short turned feet and has a subtly serpentine front profile, giving it an elegant yet substantial presence.
The oak has developed a warm, even patina that highlights the age and authenticity of the piece, while the overall construction reflects the craftsmanship typical of provincial French cabinetry of the period. A versatile and timeless storage piece, suitable for dining rooms, living spaces, or entryways. -
