            Description
          
          11305 AN INTERESTING ARTS AND CRAFTS OAK COMMODE OF TAPERING FORM WITH SUPERSTRUCTURE MOUNTED WITH BRONZE ‘MACE’ HEADS German, Possibly Berlin. Circa 1900. Measurements: Width: 45 1/2″ (115.5 cm) Height: 42 3/4″ (108.5 cm) Depth: 24″ (60 cm).
 
 Of oak. The geometric superstructure with molded edge flanked by two bronze ‘mace’ head finials. The tapering body set with nine conforming drawers, each with a key operated escutcheons, bordered by a molded edge carved with stylized foliate and ziggurat decoration. The whole raised on tapered block legs.
