This credenza has been professionally restored by Hobbs Modern to museum-quality standards. The teak has been carefully refinished to highlight the warmth and depth of the wood while preserving the crisp lines and delicate proportions of the original design. The sliding doors operate smoothly, the drawers glide beautifully, and the piece is structurally excellent.

As with many cherished vintage pieces, this credenza carries a small part of its history. At some point during its life, one side sustained damage and received an amateur repair. During restoration, we corrected and stabilized this repair, dramatically improving its appearance while maintaining the integrity of the cabinet. A faint line remains visible upon close inspection under bright studio lighting. In a furnished home under normal ambient lighting, it becomes exceedingly difficult to notice and does not detract from the beauty or functionality of this remarkable piece.
