Description
Yves Klein vivid blue rope clad cabinet with 3 drawers and rope pulls. All original and in amazing condition. This is a beauty! Visual artist born (1946) and living in Paris, his work focuses on a roundabout but ingenious use of everyday materials. He transforms them into furniture, sculpture, jewelry, or installations to create what he calls a “dream detonator”. Textile sculptures, ink drawings, tactile or multi-sensory installations, Christian Astuguevieille appears as a touch to everything in artistic creation. In his studio at the Galerie Vivienne in Paris or next to the Jardin du Palais Royal, he always carries a notebook in his pocket to draw and capture the fleeting moments that feed his inspiration.
