Description
Exceptional and unusually large 18th century Rococo tall case musical clock with 15 bells and striking bell. Case comes in three parts, round porcelain dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, brass plaque signed 'Christopher Balkes, Copenhagen'. (1750 - 1799). Ca 1770 Denmark.

Depth: 15" (38 cm)
Good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Dry scraped to reveal the original finish. The functionality of the mechanical movement, we cannot guarantee.
